FAQs

How does the ordering process work?

To place an order, select “Choose Images” on our Custom Photo Magnets product page. You can upload images from your computer, camera roll, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Google Photos, OneDrive, Flickr, Box or Dropbox. Simply drag and drop your files or select them manually. You’ll have the option to crop, edit, and preview your images before submitting. 

Once you’ve made your selections, add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will ship your order within 1-2 business days.

What kind of images can be printed on your magnets?

You can print any image on our magnets, including family photos, travel pictures, pet pics, wedding and engagement photos, snapshots from special events and more! Promotional logos and graphics are also welcome, as well artwork. Just be sure the images are high-resolution for the best quality.

What shape and size are your magnets?

Our magnets are 2” x 2” squares.

Do you have a minimum or maximum order size?

Our minimum order size is 9 magnets, and there is no maximum order size. If you order 27 magnets or more, you will automatically receive a 20% discount.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes! We welcome bulk orders, which are ideal for save-the-dates, wedding and party favors, event invitations, promotional items and more. If you order 27 magnets or more, you will automatically receive a 20% discount.

Shipping + Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship to the US and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times may vary, but most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping is faster.

Can I request rush shipping on my order?

Yes, you can select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional cost. Standard shipping is free within the US and Canada.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on gift cards.
